Baked Oatmeal Breakfast Bar

Ingredients

    2 c. uncooked old fashioned oats
    1 1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 c. fat free milk
    1/2 c. egg beaters (or 2 eggs)
    1/2 c. unsweetened applesauce (1 ripe banana mashed
    can be substituted)
    1/3 c. Splenda, plus a tblsp.
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp. gr. cinnamon



Directions

Preheat oven to 350, Spray a 9 x 9 pan with cooking spray.

Combine wet ingredients and then add in dry ingredients. Mix Well.

Pour Mixture into prepared pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

This lasts well in the fridge and can be warmed up in microwave or toaster oven if desired...Is excellent with sugar free maple syrup or even peanut butter on top...

Serving Size: Makes 6 bars
