Preheat oven to 400°F. With a knife or kitchen shears carefully remove the leaves from the thick stems and tear leaves into bite size pieces. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner. Drizzle kale with olive oil and mix around then sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake in a single layer on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes, flipping once during baking. Chips should be crispy, not chewy or burned.
