Berry Breakfast Drink

Introduction

I made this recipe up because I love smoothies in the morning but I didnt want to waste my dairy on yogurt for the smoothie (I try to only have one serving of dairy a day and i like cheese... a lot). This counts for one fruit serving and it is a pretty great drink for the mornings! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3/4 Cup of Frozen Berry Medley
    1/2 can (6 oz.) Sprite Zero
    1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

Directions

Mix all ingedients in a blender.
Blend till smooth!
