Fizzy Fruit Smoothie

Introduction

A blend of fruit, soda and milk = a fizzy treat! A blend of fruit, soda and milk = a fizzy treat!
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 c. frozen blueberries
    1/2 c. frozen strawberries
    1 small banana
    2/3 c. orange juice
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbs. half and half
    12 oz (one can) club soda or soda water

Tips

Can use any variety of berries or fruit that you like and can omit the half and half/ use non-dairy substitutes if you like. Also good with coconut milk.


Directions

blend berries, banana, orange juice, milk, and half and half in a blender till smooth. Add in the club soda (it will fizz a lot--wait for it to calm before the next step). Pulse two to three times to mix the soda and smoothie. Pour and serve!
