Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 c. peeled and sliced carrots
    1 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. green beans
    1 c. corn
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 46-oz can tomato juice
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips


Directions

In a large saucepan, brown beef. Mix in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer covered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool and freeze, if desired.

Serving Size: Makes 8, 2-cup servings
