1 cup chopped broccoli
1.25 oz chopped cashews
1 oz golden raisins
1 Tbls. Mayonnaise
1 Tbls. olive oil
1 Tbls. balsamic vinegar
Any dried fruit can be substituted for the raisins. Flavored vinegars and oils can also be subbed for the balsamic and olive oil.
