Salsa Verde Chicken Chili

Ingredients

    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Chicken Broth, 14 fl oz
    *rotel original diced tomatoe & green chilies, 1 can
    *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 14 oz can
    *Roasted salsa verde World Table, 16 oz jar
    Oregano, ground, .4 tsp
    *Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Yellow Sweet Corn, 1 can
    Beans, great northern, 1 15 oz can
    chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces cooked & diced

Directions

cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add broth, tomatoes, salsa and seasonings and simmer 20 minutes. Add corn, chicken and beans and simmer additional 5 minutes.
