Seven Layer Bars

Introduction

Ingredients

    Butter, salted
    Graham Crackers, plain, honey, or cinnamon, 1 cup, crushed
    Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package) *butterscotch chips, 6 oz
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    Coconut, raw, 1 cup, shredded
    *Condensed Milk-Fat Free, 28 tbsp (14 oz. can)

Tips

I used a pizza wheel to cut bars for ease.


Directions

Melt butter, stir in cracker crumbs and press against bottom of 13x9x2 inch pan. Layer chocolate, butterscoth, coconut and pecans. Pour milk over top and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cut into 36 pieces when cool. They're very rich, so one (142 calories) is just enough for a sweet treat.
