Ingredients

    2 4oz Dannon Activia Light Strawberry
    1 cup water
    1 Banana
    1 scoop Protein, Vanilla Whey Powder
    1 cup of crushed ice (optional)

Directions

Place ingredients in a blender. Blend approx 1 - 2minutes or until completely liquid. If you like your shakes frosty, add a cup of crushed ice.
