Ingredients

    2/3 c fat-free cottage cheese
    1 kiwi
    1/2 c strawberries, sliced
    1/2 tbsp shredded coconut
    1/2 tbsp chopped pecans
    1/8 tsp coconut extract
    1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup
    Dash cinnamon

Directions

Mix cottage cheese, cinnamon, and coconut extract.

Toss fruit with shredded coconut and pecans.

Place on cheese mix, and drizzle with syrup.
