IntroductionI made this up because it is very easy and very tasty. I made this up because it is very easy and very tasty.
4 chicken breast (6 oz. each)
1 cup Ken's Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette
2 tsp Roadhouse Steak Seasoning
Put chicken in ziplock back with the Ken's dressing.
Refrigerate for one hour and lay out till room temperature.
Preheat oven 375.
Place Chicken with all the dressing in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until done.
Let sit for 5 minutes and serve (this allows the juices to build up and add moisture to your chicken).
