Baked Balsamic Chicken

Introduction

I made this up because it is very easy and very tasty. I made this up because it is very easy and very tasty.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 chicken breast (6 oz. each)
    1 cup Ken's Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette
    2 tsp Roadhouse Steak Seasoning

Directions

Cut all visible fat off chicken and pound each breast so it is not so thick.
Put chicken in ziplock back with the Ken's dressing.
Refrigerate for one hour and lay out till room temperature.
Preheat oven 375.
Place Chicken with all the dressing in a casserole dish.
Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes or until done.
Let sit for 5 minutes and serve (this allows the juices to build up and add moisture to your chicken).
