3 cups Stewed Tomatoes
2/3 cop Barley, pearled, raw
1 1/2 cups Mixed Vegetables (Broccoli, Cauliflower, Carrots)
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cups tap water
2.3 t salt (ot to taste)
1/8 t. Pepper, black (or to taste)
3/4 tsp Granulated Sugar (or to taste)
2) Combine all ingredients in a 3 to 4 liter pot.
3) Bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
3) Add more water to adjust the thickness.
