Sweet Potato Hash

Introduction

Yummy hash that's great for breakfast, in wraps, or by itself. Yummy hash that's great for breakfast, in wraps, or by itself.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 cups of cubed sweet potato
    4 tsp of margarine
    1 cup diced onion

Directions

Melt margarine in skillet. Add onion and cook until transparent. Add potato and stir. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season to taste.
Makes approximately 5 1/2-cup servings.
