2 Cups (minus 2 Tbs) Light Soy Milk
2 Tbs White Vinegar
4 Tbs Vegetable oil
2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Tbs Sugar
2 teas Baking Powder
1 teas baking soda
1 teas salt
Pour by 1/4 Cupful into prepared skillet or griddle. Cook until bubbles form, turn and cook other side until golden brown.
Serving Size: makes 14 pancakes using 1/4 Cup batter each
