Peant Butter and Jelly Muffins

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.75 Cups GLuten Free Flour Blend
    .25 Cup Granulated Sugar
    .25 cup Brown Sugar
    1 TBSP Baking Powder
    .5 tsp Kosher Salt
    1.25 Cups Rice Dream Original rice milk
    .33 Cups Peanut Butter, smooth style
    2 egg whites
    2 TBSP Margerine
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .25 C Strawberry Jam

Directions

Combine dry ingredients with a whisk, leaving a well in the middle.
Combine milk and next 4 ingredients.
Add wet to dry, mixing until just blended
Fill greased muffin tins halfway. Spoon 1 tsp jam over batter, and cover with more batter.
