1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 c mushrooms, sliced
1.5 c baby carrots
1.5 c onion, sliced
1 c fat-free low-sodium chicken broth
1/2 c red wine
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Penzeys bouquet garni
Add a few tender asparagus tips and couscous or brown rice for a full meal.
Add chicken. Place veggies atop chicken breasts.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 7-8.
Serving Size: Makes 6 1-cup servings
