    1 1/2 cups brewed cold green tea (real tea, not syrupy premade stuff)
    1 scoop vanilla flavoured protein powder
    3T low fat plain yogurt
    2T whole oats
    1/2 frozen mixed berries
    1T ground flax seed

Directions
