Introduction

Slow cooker chicken, turkey meatball, turkey sausage with chipotle pinto beans, tomatoes & Salsa - Spaghetti sauce and whole grain pasta. Slow cooker chicken, turkey meatball, turkey sausage with chipotle pinto beans, tomatoes & Salsa - Spaghetti sauce and whole grain pasta.

Ingredients

    Lean Turkey Italian Sausage HOT, 2 serving
    3 Meatball Salute - Italian Style Turkey Meatballs, 5 serving
    Fred Meyer Thick & Chunky Salsa - Medium (1 srv = 2 tbsp), 15 serving
    Barilla Whole Grain Penne, 7 serving
    Ragu Old World Style Traditional Spaghetti Sauce, 680.4 gram(s)
    Beans, pinto, 2 cup
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 units

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place chicken, sausage & meatballs in pot.
Drain and add Chipotle Pinto Beans.
Drain and add tomatoes.
Add salsa.
Cover and set on Low for many hours.
About an hour or so prior to dinner time, cut up sausages into medallions; cut up chicken into small chunks.
Add spaghetti sauce.
Cover again and continue cooking on Low.
Just prior to serving, boil water and cook pasta per instructions on box.
