2 ounces nonfat sugar-free chocolate pudding
1 c. nonfat milk (used fat free evaporated milk
1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt (used greek yogurt)
3/4 c. nonfat cottage cheese (used lowfat cottage cheese)
1 tsp. sugar substitute (or to taste)
1-1/4 cup raspberries (or 1 carton)
Using greek yogurt provides a higher amount of protein. Enjoy!
In bowl #2, mix together yogurt, cottage cheese and sugar substitute.
To serve, spoon an alternating tablesppon of the pudding, yogurt/cottage cheese mixture and raspberries in your desired desert glass. Reserve some raspberries for a garnish on the top.
