Corn Pudding

Ingredients

    2 cups Frozen Corn Kernels, thawed
    3/4 cup Skim Milk
    2 large Eggs
    2 T Smart Balance Light Butter
    1 T Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 cup Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Tips

You can also add hot peppers, onions, or garlic to this dish as well


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 1 1/2 quart baking dish with cooking spray

In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients and then pour into the baking dish

Place the baking dish inside of a larger dish filled with enough water to come 1/2 - 2/3 of the way up the sides of the baking dish

Place the dishes in the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes (until center is set)
