Turkey Cottage Pie (shepherd's pie)

Submitted by: PRAYDANCRUNLOVE

Introduction

I never ate cottage pie until my husband suggested it for dinner a couple years ago. It's actually great for cleaning out the frig, and is a balanced, one pot meal.
