Introduction

Great for brunch or dinner. Great for brunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup egg substitute
    1/2 c nonfat milk
    1 c chopped broccoli
    1/2 c chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c chopped mushrooms
    1 crushed garlic clove
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash garlic & herb
    3 Tbsp grated parmesan
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Makes two servings.
Chop all veggies and sautee over medium heat for 10 minutes. Stir egg substitute and milk together with seasonings. Pour into pan with veggies, even out in the pan mixture in pan, sprinkle with parmesan and place in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. At the end, turn broiler on high and with the oven door open, watching constantly, brown cheese on top.
