Black Bean Brownies

Introduction

Very Low Calorie and VERY low fat! Very Low Calorie and VERY low fat!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ingredients

    1 reduced sodium black beans, 15 oz can drained
    1/2 cup egg beaters
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
    2/3 cup splenda for baking
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tsp instant coffee powder
    1 Tbsp Mini chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350F.
Line a 8″x8″ pan with parchment paper and spray it with cooking spray.
In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Blend until it is a smooth consistency.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Sprinkle the chocolate chips on the top of the brownie batter.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Allow them to cool completely in the pan before removing, cutting and enjoying the brownies.
