    3 oz unsalted butter

Directions

grease the pan

melt butter at room temperature or stick into over in a glass bowl
heat coffee and salt and sugar, dissolve
add all ingredients together, beat until very very smooth (I used the shaker, but a very strong hand will do, or even a mixer)

when uniform and wellbeaten, pour into greased pan.
submerge the pan in a bigger pan with boiling water

bake at 300 for 30 minutes
cool off,
chill in the fridge or freezer for 1h
