Ingredients

    Ditalini Pasta, 1 box (8 servings)
    Olive oil, 2 TBS
    Cannellini Beans, 15.5 oz can rinsed and drained
    3 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves minced
    Onion, 1 medium chopped
    Baby Spinach, 1 cup chopped (remove stems)
    Basil, 5 leaves
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Prepare ditalini according to package instructions.

Saute garlic and onion in olive oil for 1 minute. Add tomatoes, spinach, basil, and beans. Cook on medium low, tossing frequently for 3-5 minutes.

Drain pasta and toss with bean mix. Season to taste.
