Grilled Chicken Roller

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1 pound)
    4 slices bacon
    4 sliced american cheese
    8 Tbsp balsamic vinaigrette dressing

Tips

Substitute 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar for the cheese singles.


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees OR preheat grill to medium heat.
Pound chicken into 1/4 inch thickness.
Top with cheese single and roll up tightly.
Wrap bacon along long sides of roll, covering exposed cheese singles and stretching the bacon to fit; secure with 1-2 toothpicks.
Pour 2 Tbsp dressing on each breast.
Place in greased pan and bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
Grill for 15-20 minutes, turning and brushing each breast with dressing.

You can substitute 2 Tbsp shredded cheddar for the cheese singles.
