Introduction

Ingredients

    1/4 cup ground flax meal
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 packet splenda
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 large egg
    2 tsp butter

Directions

1. Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl.
2. After butter is melted add remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. In the same bowl, microwave for 1 minute.

Top with butter, if desired! It would be yummy with SF syrup/jam or peanut butter too!
