Ingredients

    1 6-oz can tuna, drained
    1/4 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
    2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley or dill
    2 scallions (green onions), both white and green parts chopped fine
    1 Tbs prepared horseradish
    1 tsp Worcestershire (or soy sauce)
    Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir gently to combine thoroughly. Makes about 1 1/2 cups. Eqach serving is equal to 1/4 a cup
