Low carb breakfast burrito

Ingredients

    eggs
    cheddar cheese
    la tortilla factory low carb tortilla
    mild chunky salsa

Tips

Browning the tortilla makes it taste wonderful! This is a very tasty, quick meal or snack, high fiber, low carb, and has a fair amount of protein! Enjoy!


Directions

Scramble eggs, sprinkle one ounce shredded cheese on top while hot. Lightly Brown both sides of tortilla, then let cool enough to handle. Place eggs and cheese in center of tortilla and wrap tightly. Place back in pan and brown each side, and top and bottom of tortilla. Remove from pan and let cool till only warm. Serve with 2tbsp mild salsa, as a dip, or spoon on top.
