Ingredients

    3 cups small diced turnips
    .5 cup finely chopped onions
    .5TBSPN olive oil
    .5 cup water (approx)
    2 TBSPN balsamic vinegar
.13 tsp stevia powder OR 1.5 tsp white or brown sugar

Tips

One of the recipes called for butter and more sugar to be added at the end of cooking to make make a glaze. Be careful not to let the skillet go dry during cooking, just keep a tiny bit of liquid unless you want to make a glaze.

Directions

Dice turnips and set aside; chop onions and set aside. Heat olive oil in skillet and add onions, saute until just clear, then add turnips, water and vinegar and bring to boil; lower heat, add stevia or sugar and cover and cook until turnips are tender.
