Ingredients

    180 gr peeled jicama, diced
    158 gr peeled and seeded cucumber, diced
    273 gr Fuji apple cored and diced
    50 gr diced onion
    112 gr grapes quartered

    Season to preference

Directions

Peel and dice jicama place in bowl. Peel, quarter, and seed then dice cucumber and add to bowl. Cut off cheeks and sides of apple slice into slices then dice and add to bowl. Sliver onion then dice and add to bowl. Quarter grapes and add to bowl. Add seasonings and vinegar and mix thoroughly.
