Introduction

I saw this recipe on a box and made a few changes to it instead of the green beans you can subsitute it for another green vegetable and even add more than the the recipe calls for.



I saw this recipe on a box and made a few changes to it instead of the green beans you can subsitute it for another green vegetable and even add more than the the recipe calls for.




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup minute brown rice
    1 cup frozen cut green beans
    1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
    2 tbsp garlic powder
    1 cup of water
    1 cubed fillet of swai
    1 tbsp of vegetable oil

Directions

1. cube and cook the swai in the oil for about 5-7 min
2.add the water, garlic powder and the teriyaki sauce and bring it to a boil
3. once boiling add the green beans and rice
4. boil covered for 1 minute
5. reduce to low and cook for 5 min
6. serve

Serving Size: 1 cup
