- Kelp noodles - cherry tomatoes - basil - garlic - green bell pepper - red onion - salt and pepper to taste - nutritional yeast
Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and basil
Blend tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, bell pepper, and onion in food processor. Pour mixture over kelp noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle nutritional yeast to add a parmesan flavor and texture.

This sounds really good! I don't know why I've never thought of using kelp noodles, and I hate messing around with the spiral thing to make zucchini noodles so I rarely have. The kelp noodles sound great and adding the nutritional yeast? Yummy! Can't wait to try it, thanks for posting it.
