Raw Spaghetti

    - Kelp noodles
    - cherry tomatoes
    - basil
    - garlic
    - green bell pepper
    - red onion
    - salt and pepper to taste
    - nutritional yeast

Tips

Garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes and basil


Directions

Blend tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, bell pepper, and onion in food processor. Pour mixture over kelp noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle nutritional yeast to add a parmesan flavor and texture.

  • This sounds really good! I don't know why I've never thought of using kelp noodles, and I hate messing around with the spiral thing to make zucchini noodles so I rarely have.
