    1/4 cup Quick Oats
    1 Tbsp. Kraft Mayo w/Olive Oil (Reduced Fat Mayo)
    1/4 cup Carrots shredded
    3 Tbsp. Egg Whites (All Whites Brand Liquid)
    1 Tbsp. Chopped Onion
    1 oz. 75% reduced fat Cabot Sharp Cheddar
    1 Tbsp. Canola oil
