Introduction

This is adapted from a recipe from Jorge Cruz on Dr. Oz. This is adapted from a recipe from Jorge Cruz on Dr. Oz.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup ground flax seed
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1 to 2 tsp ground cinnamon, to taste
    1 tsp melted coconut oil
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 pkt Splenda or stevia

Tips

I slice it into 3 pieces and eat it over the morning. It's very filling. Good spread with PB.


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a coffee cup and microwave on high for 50 seconds.

Can add flavorings, nuts, berries, etc
