Blueberry Oat Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/2 cup frozen blueberries
    1 frozen banana, cut into one-inch chunks
    1 smaller container vanilla Greek yogurt
    1 cup milk (I used 1%)
    2 tbsp. ground toasted oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place old fashioned or quick oats on sheet pan and toast for about 15 minutes. Grind oats to a powder in food processor or blender.

Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth. Smoothie will be very thick. Add more milk if you like your smoothies thinner.

Serving Size: makes 1 large smoothie
