Ingredients

    1 Tbsp canola oil
    1 (1 1/2 lb) broccoli head cut into florets
    2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
    2 Garlice cloves minced
    2 tsp lemon juice
    2 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions

Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add broccoli and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add soy sauce, garlic, lemon and pepper flakes. Stir fry until crisp tender about 5 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 4 1 cup servings
