Ingredients

    1 1/4 c self rising flour
    1 1/4 c milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c oil
    1/4 c sugar
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

mix all ingredients and cook about a 1/4 cup over medium heat till bubbly flip cook other side
