    Flounder (fish), 7.7 oz(remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp(remove)
    Egg white, 2 serving(remove)
    *4C Breadcrumbs Panko Seasoned (8oz), 30 gram(s)(remove)

Directions

cook potatoes ,boil and mash
cook fish and cool mix with fish
mix 1 egg white and half the mustard mix with fish mix
form into cakes,drege with seasoned flour
beat egg white and mustad and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
dip floured cakes in egg mix and tgen panko, bake on greased pan for 30 to 35 minutes until browned and crispy
bake at 375
