Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb
    Onion powder, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 2 dashes
    Lea & Perrin's, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp
    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup
Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cups
White Rice, long grain, 2 cups
Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz)
Ortega Diced Green Chiles, 7 oz
Kroger Garlic Spread (1 serving = 1 Tbsp), 2 servings

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place beef rounds (2) in bottom of pot.
Season with onion powder and black pepper.
Drizzle Worcestershire sauce over beef.
Add garlic spread over each piece (1 tbsp per round) and spread around beef.
Add diced chilies, portioning out so that each round of beef with garlic spread gets an equal portion.
Rinse, drain and add garbanzo beans around the beef rounds.
Drain and add green beans over everything.
Season green beans with a bit more onion powder and black pepper.
Add water.
Cover and set on Low.

Prior to serving, about 1/2 hour or so, boil water and prepare rice.

Each serving gets about 1/2 a beef round and 1/2 cup of rice. You may cut up the meat however you prefer, so long as the portions remain the same.
