p90x Chicken Salad Level II

Ingredients

    8 Ounces of cooked Chicken Breast
    2.5 Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
    2 1/2 Tablespoons of Green Onions Chopped
    1/4 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
    1/4 Teaspoon Dill
    1/4 Cup of Celery Diced
    1/4 Cup Grated Carrot

Directions

Weigh all ingredienst and mix in a bowl and chill covered in the fridge until ready to eat. Great for lunch over a bed of greens or on a whole weat roll.
