1 lb Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breast-- cut into pieces
Season Chicken with Garlic Powder, Onion powder, salt and pepper
2 Bunches of fresh Broccoli -- cut into flowerets
10 lg. Mushrooms -- cleaned and cut in half or sliced
10 baby carrots-- cut in half or thirds
1 bell pepper-- cut into strips
Â¼ medium Onion --cut into strips
3 cloves of Garlic
Salt and Pepper
3 dashes Hot Sauce
1 Tb. Soy Sauce
1 Tb. Water
2 Tb. Corn Starch
1 Tb. Brown Sugar
1 Tb. Ground Ginger
1 Ts. Wine Vinegar
Stir all ingredients together and set aside.
Spray pan or wok with cooking spray
Add chicken, onions and garlic, sprinkle with a couple of dashes of Hot Sauceâ€”Stir fry 3minutes or until Chicken becomes white.
Add Veggies and 3 Tbs. Water, cover and steam for 3 minutes.
Stir in Sauce and cook until sauce thickens.
Serve alone or over white rice.
