4 tilapia filets
1/4 cup lime juice
3 tbsp dill weed
3 tbsp olive oil
1)Begin by preparing the pan by coating the bottom of the pan with 1 tbsp of olive oil. It is easier to do this if you use a paper towel to spread the oil. Reserve other 2 tbsp. of oil.
2)Nex by rinsing and patting dry the filets.
3)Next you need to place the filets in a bowl with the lime juice to coat nicely, once they are coated then you lightly sprinkle some of the dill weed onto the fish.
4)You then dredge them in the bread crumbs.
5)After placing filets in the prepared pan you will gently drizzle the other two tbsps. of olive oil over all of the fish.
6)Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes.
