14 ounces new red skin potatoes (the small to medium sized ones)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Wash, rinse and dry potatoes. Cut potatoes in half. Place on a sheet pan. Drizzle oil over potatoes. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic. Toss gently to coat completely.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until fork tender and golden.
