Ingredients

    Buttermilk, lowfat, 2 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 whites
    Salt, 0.25 tsp (remove)
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Rye flour, light, 0.50 cup (remove)
    Buckwheat Flour, 1 cup (remove)
    Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)
    Flour, King Arthur - Unbleached Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup

Tips


Directions

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large bowl. Whisk milk, egg yolks and oil in medium bowl. Whisk milk mixture into dry ingredients just until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened. Whip egg whites and fold into batter. Preheat waffle maker. Pour one cup of batter onthe the center of the bottom grid. Close top and flip waffle maker. Bake until brown. About four minutes.
