Norwegian Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

    500g big maccaroni
    1 can of peas and carrots
    1/2 cup of chopped onion
    2 cans of tuna in water
    2 cans of campbell's classic mushroom soup
    1 cup of skim milk
    1 tbsp of soy sauce
    2 tsp of pepper
    1/2 cup of flour
    150 grams of white cheese

Directions

Boil and cook maccaroni according to package.

Drain maccaroni, then combine peas, carrots, tuna and onion together. In another bowl combine mushroom soup, milk and soy sauce. Combine these two bowls together. In a cup mix the four and pepper together then add to the tuna mix. Place in a greased casserole dish or can separate in two dishes and save one. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 375F (200C) 30-45 mins.
