Campcon's Bean, Beet & Sweet Pepper Salad

Ingredients

    Use a bowl w/ lid to mix ingredients in.
    Drain & rinse kidney beans & garbanzo beans and add to bowl.
    Chop onion, peppers, beets and add to bowl.
    DO NOT COOK CORN - remove corn from ears and add to bowl.
    Add EVOO.
    Salt & Pepper to taste or follow measurements provided.
    Toss lightly with spoon and enjoy!
