Very good. The last couple of years I've really gotton a taste for cranberries. This will be a wonderful side for summer barbeques as well as Thanksgiving and Christmas. I really enjoyed this. - 3/12/09

  • I like the sound of this - will maybe give it a try soon.
It also sound like it would be good as an extra for a beef fondue - which I'm intending to have for family next March. - 11/18/11

What is the yield of the recipe? How many spoons per serving? Why don't people ever give useful information about this? - 3/29/11

Cranberries are not just for Thanksgiving dinner!
Often times, salt is used to offset bitterness. What is its purpose in this otherwise appealing recipe? I will omit it! Thanks for posting it. - 3/28/11

  • This was awesome! My whole family loved it. I used splenda instead of sugar, added some pomegranate seeds, and the zest of two oranges. I even dumped in the rind of one orange, and it was delicious after being boiled in the cranberry sauce. My family has already requested it again for next year. - 11/30/09
