Chicken stir fry

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
    2 lg carrots, cut into matchstick sized strips
    1 cup of broccoli, cut into bitesize pieces
    1/2 c of bell pepper, chopped
    1 pkg of stir fry mix
    2 T of lite soy sauce
    2 t of sugar
    1/3 cup of water
    1 T of oil

Directions

Mix together water, soy sauce, sugar and stir fry mix and set aside. Put the oil in a skillet and heat over med. high heat. Add chicken and cook until all sides are white, stirring constantly. Add in vegatables and stir fry until they are hot. Add in the soy sauce mixture and stir, covering all the vegatables and meat with the sauce. It is finished when the sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
