    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.50 cup, chopped or sliced
    Newman's Own Light Cranberry Walnut Dressing (Lighten Up!), 2 tbsp
    *Chicken breast strips, 3 oz., grilled
    H-E-B Italian Romaine Salad Blend (2 1/2 cups), 3 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, sliced(remove)
